This week saw the publication of two important consultations on decisions needed to progress several major renewable energy projects off the coasts of Ireland, as momentum to decarbonise the economy grows. Responses are sought by 6 December 2021 on rules for Ireland’s first offshore renewable electricity support scheme and by 22 November 2021 on grid connection assessments.
